Redemption Spell. How to get it?Follow

I missed the initial quests to obtain the Redemption (rez) spell and can't seem to find the old quests I saw before. I never saw old quests disappear. Do paladins only have a certain window to get the rez spell? Please help!

After you get so many levels higher than a quest, the yellow "!" goes away, but you can still do the quest. Just look up on here or whatever site you use for quests (i.e. thottbot, wowhead, etc) and you should be able to find it quick.
