PW:Fortitude (rank 5) and upwardsFollow

Quick question about PW:F, I'm currently a level 45 Holy Priest and I've been researching ahead as I knew there had been changes to the Prayer of Fortitude (ranks one and two) - namely that it is now trainer learnt - I dunno if I missed some patch notes on improvements to PW:F as well but here goes...

The database on this site lists Power Word: Fortitude as having the following buffs on stamina -
Rank 4 (level 36) = +32 Sta
Rank 5 (level 48) = +43 Sta
Rank 6 (level 60) = +54 Sta
Rank 7 (level 70) = +79 Sta

Now I'm currently using rank 4 which gives me +32 Sta as reported on both the Priest Trainer, this site and the tooltip on the spell. In addition I have +30% from talents. Here's the thing though I'm coming up close to 48 soon and I looked at the spells on the Priest Trainer, which says that Rank 5 is +55 Sta and that Rank 7 is +102 with Rank 6 somewhere inbetween the two.
I was on a boat earlier and a level 53 Priest next to me renewed his buffs and I took a look at his stats, this reported that the PW:F on him was +43 Sta, SOOOOooo finally getting to the point, is the Priest Trainer tooltip bugged and reporting the wrong improvement OR has there been a recent change that isn't showing up properly on the tooltip or is there some other kind of bug....

... in short are the ranks as listed correct on here (and on the player on the boat) or am I in for a big boost to my PW:F to +55 at level 48?

I'd also point out that this also is the same with Prayer of Fortitude in that the stats match their corresponding ranks of PW:F...

... Maybe I'm being dense and not keeping upto date with changes.. either way I'm sure you'll let me know just how stupid I actually am :P
