Unique Build?Follow

I'm sure many of you have seen this before, but I hadn't and figured maybe there's a reader or two here that hadn't either.

Anyone tried this here and can comment on it? I'd probably put the poisons points into imp evis tho. What would it go like?

premed/cs/hemo/cb/evis , prep/vanish/premed/cs/cb/evis?

I'm sure the sustained dps stinks, but looks like the first few seconds would be very very painful for PvP. Could also skip hemo if you get the bonus combo point (75% chance?) or go with rupture.
