i picked it up for the pvp aspect of it. firstly the imp psychic scream is nice and the silence helps against casters (especially healers). even if you dont pvp itll help pve wise for again the casters. Its not a huge help in your talents but it does every so often. really depends on how you like to play.

For pve it's not a big deal. Usually other classes use their abilities to stop casters anyways. I used to have it but respeced and put the points elsewhere. Haven't missed it at all.


For PVP it's a bigger deal because you'll encounter caster players and it will come in handy more often.

Since you're on a pvp server I'd take it.
