So Sunday I'm sitting around, starring at what's left of my physics homework, and just thinking "Man, I really don't want to do this." My roommate turns around and says "Hey, Arc is looking for a group for Slabs and wonders if you're available for tanking."
And...I REALLY didn't want to do my physics homework, so of course I volunteered and came along, even though there was no gear I really wanted from Slabs. Rep is rep, even though in 2.3 I'll be able to get into heroic Sethekk for my epic flight form anyway.
We get to Blackheart, cry as he burns all our healer's mana using Holy Nova, eventually down him, and lewt. My first thought was "Hey, he can drop 2 blues?"
Then the realization dawned on me.
Remember kids, homework is boring, and procrastination gives you phat lewtz :)
Sorry, had to brag as I still haven't gotten over getting this drop. Earthwarden, check, pimp hat, check. WTB 1 badge of tenacity and karazhan group.

Was the 'second blue' the Adamantine Figurine that he drops? Or were you excited just to get the pimphat pattern? Don't get me wrong, I'd be glad to get that pattern myself, but it's a BoE hat that you probably already had right? Getting that pattern and the Adamantine Figurine in one kill would be sick.
Actually no, I didn't have said hat, and that is why I was excited. I've been looking around for who knows how long for someone that could craft it, and never gotten any response, whether it be on forums or relaying the message through another guild. I know someone on my server must have it but I can't find them!
Oh well, now there is no need too :)

The caster trinket drops almost every time.

Bummer. The pimphats are readily available on my server. At least now you should be able to make good money as the maker of a hat that's rare on your server. Work it!

I'm getting spoiled on drops, I think, which is why I had hope that both of those woulda dropped for you...I got the Adamantine Figurine the one time I ran Shadow Lab, and Iron Band of the Unbreakable the one time I ran Old Hillsbrad. Yeah, I know, but don't hate da playah, hate da game. : )
I don't want to jinx it but I can wait to run Bot for my Dreamer's Dragonstaff.
