new to 70Follow

i just hit lvl 70 took a long break on my rogue from when the TBC came out and im still trying to sort my gear it still wearing some of my raiding gear from MC/onyxia and BWL im currently swapping from scryers to aldor for the vindicators brand and just wondering is it worth putting mongoose enchant on cause im trying to sort gear out for when i start raiding.
Only problem is that i remember hearing about in the 2.3 patch about the s1 gladiator gear and weapons being honour based in the patch to make way for s3.
is this still happening and is it worth waiting to get dual s1 gladiator swords (until i eventually finish my thunderfury quest just need the binding for the 20% reduced attack speed buff) btw im currently mutilate spec which will change when i raid if u look at my armoury page

S1 Gear will be purchaseable with honor.
