Is it worth putting 5 points into the arms tree for a Tank, or should I just place them elsewhere? and in that case, where?

Any tank that doesnt have 5% parry should respec to get it if possible. An extra 5% parry goes along way.
I noticed you dont have Focused rage and improved thunder clap. Its very reccommended to get those two talents. id drop improved shield bash and improved sunder and lose 1 point in improved defensive stance to max both of those out. If you are going to be doing kara more then 5mans, you might want to drop improved revenge and pick up 2/5 imp demo shout as it lowers there damage sunstansially.

Yes. Deflection gives you more mitigation per point than pretty much any other talent, and you want Imp. Thunderclap really, really badly.\
Drop Imp. Shield Bash and Imp. Defensive Stance (it's good, but not great) and pick up Focused Rage and Imp. Thunderclap. Drop a single point out of Imp. Bloodrage or similar talents to get the last point to fill out TClap, it's an amazing talent.
