beginning raiding statsFollow

I'm Pulling together a list of every classes base stats (ap, crit,+hels, +spell damage, etc.) that they should be at before STARTING kara for my guild. I looked through your stickies and could not find what it was I was looking for...can anyone please tell me what Ya'll would consider a jumping off point for endgame raiding stat wise? And if it differs for your spec? Any tips would be a great help! Thanks a ton!
