Congrats on hitting 70, me and my boyfriend who plays a warlock are slowly getting there, were doing bg's to get or epic pvp gear and then we will get back to instancing our way up. It's a slow and boring proses at times but having a good guild helps a lot.

Yeah no kidding, my first advice would be to get to a point you can do the dailies. if your raiding, well, that covers your repair bill and leaves your other hard earned cash to more important things... like the WoW hookers ;)
