Grinding some easy mobs in my effort to reach 70 (hitting the ruins of baa'ri, the first hill I can go down over and over again and hit the respawns almost as they respawn) and my pet dies on a single non-elite...I go "wtfreak?" then realize I forgot to mend pet.
And THAT is my stupid moment for the day.

Yeah, dumb moment of the night last night.

Grinding away in the Molten Pools of SMV. Fighting a Firey Demindawhatever, Morris has aggro and I'm just autoshotting away, no need to waste mana on this dufus. A second one of them wanders in for fun, no problem, twice the fun, twice the livers. Then a chimera starts in on me, hits my freeze trap and freezes, so I up the damage to kill the first beastie fast. Have Morris grab the Chimera while I re-range. Aggro a Felboar, darned Huntard.

In all the excitement I'd forgotten to refresh Morris's HoT and suddenly he's near death. So I heal him, turn off growl on him, distract all the mobs to me to give him time to get off deaths door. WHEW! Avoided killing him. Set him back onto a mob. Well, darn it, he isn't grabbing aggro, WHY? I'm totally near death myself and thinking how do I get the aggro back on Morris? He's at full health now. Both my bars are on critical.

DUH! Feign, they jump on Morris! Now to let him get aggro back... why's he so low?

DUH, turned off growl! Turn back on.

Lay new freeze trap and clean up. Holy cow, what an inefficient way to kill 4 common mobs! I earned the pointy Huntard hat in that fight. At least I didn't die and killed all the mobs, even if I did have 167 hp left before death!

nope, he's usually stressed at the end of the week because stuff needs to be finished then.
Usually at monday's he is relatively relaxed (at least as far as you can call a walking midlife crisis relaxed....)

My huntard moment came about a week ago.

I was wailing away on troll quests in the hinterlands and all of a sudden BAM a allied warrior I think 4 levels above me comes and starts pounding on me. I say a great I'm gonna die anyway, may as well try something new. I had it in my head that if I ran into the small camp of trolls and had him follow, I'd feign and he'd not only die, but may lose a bit of durability in the process, get mad and decide not to ***** with me again.

Well, it seems to be working, but all of a sudden he AOE fears and runs off. I think "muahaha he figured it out and booked it beore he lost durability" I pat myself on the back and go about my buisness... forgetting the feared mobs are returning and coming straight for me. ><
