I'm still learning alot about the game and roles of the characters. I was wanting to get advice on where I'm at now. looking at other pallies I think my mana is low when some people ask me to be a healer. I think my gear is pretty good but just want some of your opinions thanks in advance.

You are a full retribution spec, as such you should be using a very slow 2-handed weapon (3.4 speed or slower) to maximize your damage potential.
You should also carry 2 sets of armor to switch out of between healing and soloing. Your soloing gear should be maxing out your str and sta. Your healing gear should be maxing out your int and +healing if you can get it. Don't be afraid to get mail, leather, or cloth in order to boost up your healing potential.
Don't try to mix the two sets, don't have some gear working towards your solo dps, and other gear working towards your healing, as a Paladin get used to carrying a healing set, a soloing/dps set, and a tanking set maybe later in the game. (Swapping out a sword and a shield in combination with your current ret gear is good enough for tanking at this point)
Edit: Also, looking at your talent build it wasn't that good. If you insist on being full ret, you might look at a build like this for your current level. Then Maxing out Sanctified Judgement, Fanaticism, then finally grabbing Crusader Strike.

don't bother getting a tanking set, only bads tank as paladin J/K
