What lvl can a shammy learn 2h mace and where is trainer? I am lvl12 horde and have searched all 3 cities and yet to find 2h mace trainer.

You can find it in the Enhancing-tree, you'd have to be lvl20 to talent it...
this will be changed in the next update 2.3 tho, then it will be trainable in Thunderbluff(?) just like for other classes.
