I just got to 20 and picked up cat form, man what a big change. It is so much easier to kill stuff. I don't miss as much and my dps is way better then bear. I can't wait till i can get some of the higher level cat abilities.
How do you not miss as much, that's what I want to know. Isn't it a 5% miss chance both times? And since you have a 1.0 instead of 2.5 wouldnt you miss more?

Maybe i just don't notice it as much because I can attack faster.

You never did the quest for car form? L2P n00b.
Most people get the quest for car form at lvls 16-18 depending on how strict/ nice your parents are. The quest is like the pally mount or warlock mount quest in that you need to spend some money to get it, normally 2-5k, and you need to have a "key" item in your inventory to use it.
Everyones car form looks different too, or maybe just a different color, so I hope yours looks good.
