3/5 flurry vs TM in arenasFollow

Hi guys,

I have always had TM and like stance dancing, esp to ww or spell reflect in arenas.

I recently read some post by one of the best arena warriors (serennia) and she had 3/5 in flurry instead of TM. So I decided to try it out.

While admitting I really love flurry, I also feel a bit handicapped without TM. Dunno whether do stick with flurry or go bback to TM.
What r your opinions and experiences in this regard?

I used Flurry once when I was 33/28 for 2h fury and I didn't do that bad. I never use TM anyways, so I wouldn't know what it's like using it. Flurry helps sometimes because you can cut the swing time by 15% and get some pretty huge numbers back to back with your MS or Slam in there. I'm gonna check out some of the Top Arena warriors (Mechwarrior, currently 4th in 2v2) and see how they have their stuff set up.

TM is primarily defensive (i.e. instant spell reflects), which may or may not be helpful to you based on your your team is set up. Flurry gives you a bit more of an offensive punch.

In smaller arenas, TM definitely. In 5v5 either is arguable.

its definetely a matter of team setup. flurry + heroism + haste trinket = win. swinging deep thunder at a 2.4 spd is awesome.

With the above said, though, you need TM after 2.3. Disarm being useful means you want to be able to throw it out quickly and without disrupting DPS too much if at all possible.

Did SL with the flurry and I clearly was no.1 on DMG meter (before mage and rogue) and flurry rocked --- BUT ! in arenas I just cant get used to not having TM - I really stance dance a lot (and as RPZip says u need it even more in 2.3) so I just respecced back to TM... On a side note I took two point out of imp. 2h (or whats in called) and put it into imp hamstring.

Tx for your replies btw
