Is it possible for me to gather the elemental seals from Arathi to get the whirlwind axe on my main and mail them to my baby warrior? I don't like asking guildies for help and getting 15 of each sounds time consuming and would rather do the work myself.

For this quest you only need 8 of each charm, not 15. They are not soulbound, so you can collect them on your main, and mail them to your warrior.
only the tusks are soulbound, and do not show up if you are not on a quest. (I tried)
Meh I thought it was 15. I will farm the charms on my main but I need some assistance with the tusks so I will get a guildie to help me. Thanks for the replies.
I don't remember the tusks being that difficult. The only problem I had with them was that the exact same tusk items are used for another quest and if you have both quests, they stop dropping once the quota is reached on one of the quests so you have to go turn it in before gathering the rest.
The elemental things were a bit tougher for me so I ended up not finishing the Cyclonian quest until I was above level 40 and already had a better weapon.

You can buy the charms off the AH if anyone is selling them. You could also find another warrior on the quest so it'll go alot faster.

i know i had a quest for the horde but i still got all mine for ww quest. i didnt turn in other one even though it was fewer cause i wanted the weapon. not to mention was pvp server and getting killed at trolls and in grom gol (sorry if spelled bad) gets old. got killed on zeph there also then it left and gave me my body at spirit person.
