Noob Shammy Questions...Follow

You need to talk to the weapon masters in other cities. You can learn other weapons @ any lvl, assuming you talk to the weapon masters to train for them. Aside from having to use(waste) a talent for 2H weapons (mace and axe), shaman's can use just about everything, except swords (1 or 2 handed), Polearms, ranged weapons, and wands.

If you actually read the OP and my reply, its in regards to "can" a shaman learn other weapons. Not a question or a reply that hinted to a opinion regarding a 2H's worth in a given situation (weither it be PvE or PvE).

If anything my statement points out that we Shaman's are the only class in the game that actually has to SPEND a talent in order to use specific weapons(s), instead of learning them solely via weapons master. Thus we "waste" a talent, unlike everyone else that its just the "standard". Granted this is slated for revision according to the 2.3 notes, granted this is just more of a testiment of Blizz's glaring oversites regarding the Shaman class, and a "fix" that is long over due.

You need to go to Darnassus for Staves, if you want 2 hand axe/mace go Enhancement to get it at 20, pretty sure you don't need to go and train 2 hand axe/mace if you have already learnt the 1-hand, just spend the talent point.

Enhance v. Elemental = elem wins unless player is noob. Big weakness for enhance is no charge or stun to close in on target. Frost shock ain't same. ElemShammy will win every time unless enhance gets jump on him.
