It's good to be a Hunter....Follow

Just a little story from last night.

My wife (Feral Druid) and I decided that we were going to finally finish all of the group quests in Netherstorm we hadn't gotten around to doing.

We had just started the You Robot quest and the big guy comes rolling in. Well, apparently these 2 Warlocks and a Hunter (all 70 & Horde) think that thats the perfect time to gank us.

I can sum it up in one word; Pathetic

They outnumbered us and we had a big elite baddie to contend with and I dropped them faster than a hot rock, while my wife kept the Negatron occupied.

Not only did they fail in their first attempt, their 2nd, 3rd & 4th attempts sucked as well. 12 HK's from that quest battle.

We were laughing our butts off every time the short bus crew came back on us.

So, while it's good to be a Hunter, it's even better to be able to play one well.
(There's no real point to this post other than I'm still chuckling about it from last night and I though I would share.)

Druid. All she has to do is use the robot thingy, and keep a heal up on it, while keeping Rejuv/Lifebloom on the Hunter. Soloed that quest with my own Feral Druid, and didn't have to do anything but keep Rejuv/Lifebloom up on the robot.

I like being a hunter. I actually brought my fresh hunter into kara this week, as we were really short on ranged dps, and we had two tanks online. The tanks aren't nearly as geared as me, but they were geared enough to do the job. I topped the dps meters. hmmm, I wondered why we were having so much trouble. Fresh 70 > old 70.
