Warrior n00b questionFollow

I am planning on making a warrior (after having played Warlocks, Rogues and Shammies), and these forums/faqs contain excellent advice into speccs and gear and whatnot. I do have one question though.

In many posts, I see it mentioned that Fury warriors aren't very good for PvP vs. Arms warriors. Why exactly is this?

fury warriors will do a lot more dps. If you are doing solo[or bg] pvp, fury will usually do a lot better than MS.

however, for arenas, fury is worthless and MS is a HUGE must.

somewhere where i never had a problem with gear :( until very recently, haven't had an upgrade in about 6 months :[ hurray for joining RL friends guilds that are slow in progression :/

i took about a 2 month break from about may-july after which i went from a back-then mag clearing guild to a casual one that haven't downed nightbane yet. Then I stopped for a bit more and some of my RL friends had started another guild on a new [super low pop] server. I figured eh, may as well xfer, game was getting really boring for me. Playing with people I know though made a huge difference. I'd say it's worth the gear "drought".

It's actually funny because we're the #4 horde guild on the server atm, only 2 have downed vashj and are now working on kael and the other one ahead of us has just downed VR (which we should have this week). Kind of nice getting them all into shape for raids though :)
