Hey all, I have recently decided to quit playing my shaman for now and lvl my low lvl mage, 17 right now. I am having loads of fun and plan on AoE grinding to 58, for quickness, I want to be 70 asap. One question I have is, what is the best frost spec for AoE grinding, there is a thread on here about that, but it does not say the specific builds. My main question is, I have heard rumors that 5 man instances are soloable with this frost AoE build. Is this true? If it is, how do you go about it, and what build is the best. Thanks.

alright well, all that really matters is improved frost nova, improved blizz, no frostbite, ice barrier, ice block and ice floes helps just to get it going a bit faster. Other then that there is no "best" build just do what works for you. This is posted all over the place just trying looking for it next time. As for soloing 5 mans, no. Plain and simple, mana is hard enough to not run out of when your not fighting elites.

That "5-man" that you're talking about is probably VC or RFC.
