I am a level 70 DW fury warrior currently with Merciless gladiator 1h axes. I have a mongoose on my MH and a potency on my OH. When the Season 3 arena gears come out, I'm planning to get both of the Vengeful Gladiator 1h axes.
The question is, would it be better raid dps to put Mongoose on both axes or a Mongoose on MH and Potency on OH?

Rough maths here;
Potency is 20 Str, so 40 AP, or about 46 with kings and Zerk stance.
Mongoose is 120 agility and something in the region of 4% crit of 15 secs as well as the 2% haste.

I realize the increase in stats for both enchants. But roughly, which one would equal to more dps?

Definitely not executioner on both hands. Considering they don't stack on each other like mongoose. Executioner MH, mongoose OH.
What would be the difference of switching the spots of Executioner and Mongoose on the weapons? Like Exec OH and Mongoos MH?
If that's true you'd be better off with Potency on the OH, but I hadn't heard that they weren't stacking from each weapon.

yes, but they don't stack (as far as I know).
as for 20 str OH, yes that's what i personally use, but with the changes to WW, having a proc on hit chance increase for OH tempts me to use mongoose.
as for 120 agi for 15 seconds every 60 seconds, this equals about 30 agi all the time. but if you spam attacks from MH it increases your mongoose uptime to more like 15 seconds every 50 seconds to 45 seconds (if you get real good about cooldowns). which is 36 to 40 agi all the time.
