With this ms/flurry combo I am seeing (31-30) posted around here what stance do you use? Or is it alot of stance dancing? Please do tell in pvp and pve situations.

pve? berserker for dps in raids and instances, battle for solo.
pvp you should use every stance.

flurry is non-stance denominational same with ms.

for pvp you should be sitting in zerker the majority of the time.

against rogues, hit zerker rage and get into battle stance so you can't be gouged and can use OP without sacrificing huge rage losses

mages / spellcasters that are kiting you, defensive stance with a shield for spell reflect

Russki and Devious both have it on the nose. The key to good pvp is using all three stances effectively.

i rarely touch battle/defensive unless bloodrage is up. i use battle for Tclap on melee, and rend/overpower on rogues, but if i have a lot of rage (30+) i dont worry about swapping stances unless i can get rid of most of that rage before i swap.

for defensive, its usually an intercept > def > bloodrage > disarm combo on rogues, or more rarely using defensive to weather focus fire while keeping an eye on my team to intervene someone far back (and thus get out of FF for a little while).

im 33/28 btw, ms with second wind and flurry. id say 80-90% of the time im in zerker stance.

Blood frenzy is especially good for long fights like u have in a raid. In pvp most fight don't last that long to let it go into good use. I suggest you'd rather go for flurry. Although second wind may be nice to consider.
