I am wanting to go Elemental, but I dont know that much about Elemental spec'ing.

Thoughts on this one I composed?

Im wondering if i should put the points in Reincarnation and Ancestral Healing into Totemic Focus, will TF decrease the cost of Totem of Wrath?

I'm not sure if you are going for a PvP spec or PvE.
A PVE spec that I would recommend would be http://wowhead.com/?talent=hE0zE0MRAotZVbjz0x. I like this spec better because ancestral healing doesn't help much as you won't be healing too much as an ele spec, and tidal mastery is a must for ele shaman as you need as much crit as you can get.

I'm not too sure on a PvP spec to use as I don't PvP much, but I would probably use something such as this: http://wowhead.com/?talent=hE0uEcMoVsZZV0xp0xk.

Imp. Reinc helps some because if you ever die in the middle of a boss fight, having the extra mana when you come back lets you be able to jump right back into the fight. I'm pretty sure that TF does lower the cost of ToW, but it doesn't cost much mana anyway so it wouldn't make a huge difference if it didn't.

Yes, I forgot to mention, maybe a mix of PvP and PvE? Just a bit of PvP.

Go for ToW instead of NS for PvE, it is such a huge raid buff I can't begin to tell you... NS is better for PvP though.
