Need some adviceFollow

Alrite i would like to know if my sockets are socketed right. I have people tellin to me replace agility with 20 and 16 AP gems but i think they are wrong, i think agility is better than AP what do you guys think and i would like any feedback to increase my damage and dps. Heres my armory
