Well i want to really increase my damage output and my dps too. I do good in raids against the top people in the guild which are way better geared then me. I usualy am 4th -6th om dmg meters. I would like to know what stats i can get like on Gems to socket to increase my overall damage. Hit is my top prioirity but wat should i get next on enchants and Gems, Agility, Crit, and AP?
Here is my armory give me some feedback please.

Well, first thing i see is you have no head enchant. Get Revered with CE as soon as you can, if you arent already. They have the Glyph of Ferocity.

Also, put +6 stats on your chest piece.

Other than that, what is your strategy while raiding? I pop trinkets, blade flurry while there are 2 tank targets, Adrenaline rush as soon as i can, always using them up. Get your attack rotation down, I SS until 3 CP's then SnD, after which I do a 5 pt Rupture or Evis. That should be a constant cycle for you in raids, although it may differ a little for swords (im mace spec).

Other than that, Ive noticed that little things like getting to your next target quickly and having a /startattack macro help out a lot. Always be planning your next move.

Obviously, you do more damage alive than dead. If the problem is that you die a lot while other rogues are living and dps'ing, then maybe the problem is you are doing too much dps and need to back off a little. Remember vanish is not just a pvp tool, use it to reset aggro in a boss fight so you can go buck wild on the boss right afterwards.

The biggest problem I see is that you are using agility gems. Those are some of the worst you can get, to be honest. You should be socketing +8 hit in your yellow slots and +16 AP in your reds.

Maces plays out exactly the same as swords. The only difference is the chance on hit.

correct me if i'm wrong but isn't +8 agi = 16 ap + minor crit+ minor dodge, + minor armor?

If u r stocking up agility, agi > ap. Remember that Blessing of Kings affects agility and therefore makes the +ap and +crit (and others u dont care about in raids) a bigger gain than they are already.

Now.. I'm not a pro rogue (mine's just 58), but in raids u should try to have SnD up almost 100% of the time. If the fight is going to last long (read: bossfight) you should get into a circle which keeps SnD and Rupture up. Other than that its pretty basic... Pop dmg. increasing cooldowns whenever they are up (trinkets, racials, skills, talents, whatever), vanish if u get too close to tank aggro and keep on raping the hp down. - Also remember to stay BEHIND ur targets, even thou you are not dagger specced.
