Please can someone help. I know iam only 44 but i seem to suck! Killing is a horror. I really have desided i hate combat swords (or maybe it me). Is my armour or my pts what wrong? Can someone give me some worth while info. Ive always loved rogues sure would like to get the fun back.

Well, for starters, using a sword for combat swords usually helps. If you're spamming SS with a dagger, that's why it's taking forever to kill things.
I know people like to have daggers as a rogue but it is just not as much damage output if it matters so much then do this:
go out and get a good sword for your lvl,
keep a good dagger setup like this
/cast stealth
/stopcasting
/equip <your daggers name>
this is so you can start with ambush
now make this too
/cast ambush
/stopcasting
/equip <your swords name here>
this way you can have your burst damage from ambush while still being able to get the sheer sword damage.
have fun!

You lose a global cooldown that way. There is a reason you don't do both.

OOOPPP ... me bad forgot to put his sword back on. I fixed that.. Stupid rog =)
You may also want to Pick up Adrenaline Rush. I don't know why you chose Murder over Adrenaline rush. Have you forgotten to use your last skill point too? You are level 45 yet when I copy your talent build from your armory link it says you have only used 35 out of your 36 available points. May I suggest that you re-do your talents to something like 5/31/0. Maybe even considering moving some points into Slice & Dice instead of Dual wield or Malice. Slice & Dice + Blade flurry stack so that you get a nice +50% speed buff. Throw in Adrenaline rush to the mix & you will see why being Combat swords is better for leveling.
A few pointers on your gear...
Get rid of the seal of wrynn. there are green rings 10,000,000 times better than that for you.
Get a ranged weapon with some stats, doesn't matter whether or not it's a bow, gun, or the green thrown weapons that Bs's can make.
Put the vanquishers on ur Main hand and get another sword for offhand.
You're mainhand weapon should always be slower than your offhand.
You're wrist armor, i have found a couple of items you can get to upgrade it:
If you PvP you can go for Forest Stalker's Bracers
or if you just quest normally, search the AH for Heraldic Bracers
Helm...Get rid of the cloth(though it's nice for rogues) and get yourself one of these crafted! Helm of fire
And the necklace...get rid of it for something with agility...5agi>10str (Same Attack power, more crit from agi though)

Just to make a correction, 5 agi and 10 str do not have the same AP.
Rogues get 1 AP from 1 Agi and 1 AP from 1 Str. When I was levelling my rogue I had a lot of gear with Str on it. Granted, most of it had Agi on it as well.
I would say when you're levelling up the break-even point is about 8 Agi = 10 Str. Of course as you get higher, that changes as you need more Agi to = 1% to crit.
