So I have just rolled a Tauren Warrior and am currently level 14. I have looked through the FAQ and the first two pages and found nothing on Talent Progression as you level. I plan on doing instances early (WC) to learn to tank and continuing to do so from then on. I also plan on doing my fair share of soloing. I have put my first 5 points into Cruelty, but am not sure where to go from here. If anyone could post a good talent progresion guide for being able to solo and tank I would really appreciate it.

5/5 Cruelty is perfect for starters. For leveling, I'd next go 3/3 Imp Heroic Strike (being your main damaging ability for a long time), then 2/5 Deflection to get to the next tier, then 2/2 Imp Charge, then finish off Deflection, then 2/2 Imp Overpower, 3/3 Deep Wounds, and 2/2 Impale. By then, you should have a good idea of where you want to go. At 40 you'll want to respec either 31 Arms or 31 Fury for Mortal Strike or Bloodthirst respectively.

I recently rolled a warrior alt, and have been using This Thread as pretty much a guideline.

Even if you're going to be tanking early on, you wont need to spec prot until around 60 or so. Going Fury or Arms and tanking early levels will be fine. Just make sure you have a 1h + shield and go into defensive stance when you tank seriously.

For leveling build go here, and choose if you like Fury or Arms better.
For either tree, go 2h weapon early on until you level up more and get better access to +hit gear, then go dual wield if you like duel wielding. Stick to 2h if you like that better at higher levels. Your preference.
