Ok, it sounds dumb, but hear me out. I was recently leveling a new alt (Paladin), and I decided to try out the haste enchant. 10 Haste rating at level 14 gave me something like 20% haste. So, here's the idea.
My level 10 twink would have dual lifestealing enchants to keep me alive, since I'll have much lower health than the 19s. On my head, legs and hands will be +10 haste rating enchants, which should come close to 100% passive haste. Swinging my swords like a madman, I should get loads and loads of lifestealing procs, which would easily equalize my DPS to the 19s with slightly better gear.
The question is survivability and talents. Has anyone tried this, or know of anyone who has?

well lets think of it like this
a rogue level 10 has no good moves, the highest weapon dps youll find 1h is like 6? maybe 7?
while the 19s will be double ur hp at least, and doin weapons twice as good with gear with twice-three times your stats

To expand on this, i beleive there are some rings that give +dodge rating and it is possible to get 100% dodge as a lvl10 twink.
I can't remember what the armory link is to the specific twink in question, but you become a Melee destroyer.
And to add to the OP, the only way to make a twink work is the aforementioned, stacking AGI and dodge.

his weapon sucks though.... isnt there a level 10 random enchant weapon 2.8 speed? or something similar?

I got 150 haste off a warchiefs blessing once, attacking 6 times a second is fun, so it could work but you'd need quite a bit

theres my level 10 twink. shes actually my bank alt, but ya know for the times your really bored. got the shoulders from the Fire Festival Event a while back ( took me and 3 ofd my lv70 buddies about 6 hours running around to get me those things ) the Sun Cured Gear is from the Blood Elf starting area, ran to BB and was purchased threw the neutral AH. i dont do too bad in pvp. i have fist weapons with Firey also, for people above level 15. but ya lv10 twinks are fun, and people always have something to say about them. most of the time it's even nice. lol.
(oh btw i know there is Green gear out there. i just wanted no green gear on her, she looks way too cool)

I have seen this huge influx of level 1 twinks on my server. This Night Elf rogue had all the level 1 starter gear with some crazy enchants (+100 health chest, leg armor, crusader on the dagger). I guess some people just have way too much money...
Are you sure that haste increases the PPM (procs per minute) of lifestealing?
To the best of my knowledge, PPM is based at least partially off the number of times the weapon actually hits an opponent.

It does work but you have to keep in mind that you cant dodge attacks from behind or ranged.

I'm 99% sure dodge is capped at 95%. Splitting hairs I know.

Im pretty sure you cant dodge attacks from behind in PvP. Only mobs can do that.
Im gonna test it for sure tonight though just so i can put it at rest.
