Holy Shield MacroFollow

Well with my limited knowledge of macro making... I was hoping one of you smart guys could help me with a macro that uses Dabiri's Enigma, casts Holy Shield yet still shows the cool down for Holy Shield, not the trinket, on the hot bar. I tried #show <Holy Shield> on the first line and now it shows up as grey all the time... very annoying.

Well I've been using a two button combo to use Dabiri's and then use Holy Shield and was just hoping i could combine them into one yet still see the HS cooldown, really need some more spaces on my hot bar.

Or better yet just get more avoidance, you shouldnt have to rely on Dabiri's Enigma to keep your block up. Looking at your armory it's like you purposefully decided not to grab +block rating gear because you had that trinket. While having that much stamina is nice, getting your avoidance up without using trinkets should be your top priority.
