Not necessarily druid-specific, but I'd like to know since people seem to just assume you're a pro at it when you go into the instance...

If I'm tanking, am I supposed to be doing anything other than focusing my attention on the Rift Lord/Keeper from each portal? Should I be tanking them at the portal, or pulling them to Medivh?

Any other general tips I should know about for handling the instance overall?

The way I do BM is tank the Rift Lord near the portal, ignore the adds, and let the add handler kill them.
The Black Morass is EXTREMLY easy to tank, but DPS have to be fast. Time is of the essence. If your healer can't drink in between fights, he's in a trouble(unless he's well geared and so is the tank), if fights last too long, the add handler will run out of mana, if the add handler doesn't kill adds fast enough, either Medivh get some damage, or someone from the party will help him reducing damage done on the boss. If a portal lasts too long, ANOTHER will open.
It can be summarized as a DPS race. Your job as a tank is to cause maximum threat on the Rift Lord, so others can cause maximum DPS on it. The fact that you are a Druid, is a nice help there, as you have arguably the best single target DPS as a tank (not sure what Paladins are capable of when tanking one mob, on several mobs though, their damage is impressive).
One more advice, be sure to bring someone with offensive dispel(Priest for Dispel, Shaman for Purge or Mage for Spellsteal) to dispel the haste buff the second boss gives himself. The boss will debuff the tank with -10% healing recieved, which can now stack 7 times(Last time I did it, it was 10, so some things might have changed), if the boss is hasted, he will stack it 7 times(been with 10 on me on bad groups, so 7 should be easier for him to get), if the boss is constantly Dispelled/Purged/Spellsteal-ed then it shouldn't pass the 2-3 stacks.

Hope it helps, and good luck with the Black Morass, tell me how it's working for you,
Yuval R.

The standard method I've used since the first time I cleared BM is pretty straightforward.

1) Make sure everyone knows not to approach Medivh until they're told it's ok to do so.

2) Clear trash.

3) Assign add duty and a backup person to assist if necessary.

4) Buff.

5) Appreach Medivh.

6) Have everyone watch for the first portal.

7) Use mini-map locator to alert party that a portal is opened and give them an idea which direction to look (left click on the mini-map to create the audible chime and give the green circle effect in the general area of the portal).

8) Tank, healer, dps on Rift Lord/Keeper. Add duty dps on Rift mini-boss while watching for adds.

9) Manage adds as necessary, have the entire party help clear out any remaining adds after the Rift Lord/Keeper is dead, scout for next portal.

10) Repeat steps 7-9 until clear.

I've only failed on this instance once (had someone get disconnected on about the 8th portal or so). The last time I ran it I was with three people from a raiding guild who liked to just let the last boss chip away at Medivh's shield while they restore full mana/rebuff. Every other time I've done it, I put my pet on the last boss (he makes a beeline straight for Medivh's shield as soon as he comes out of the portal) to buy time for the tank to get on him. Shield always at 100% when we win.

I follow AureliusSir's strategy with a couple of tweaks.

1. Make sure somebody (preferably a mage or lock) is solely responsible for the whelps. It seems like they get by more than the other adds.

2. Try to catch some of the dragonkin mobs with swipe as they spawn. They'll leave you as soon as dps hits them, but it helps your add-killers if you can slow down the flow.

Assuming you're a good sturdy tank with a good healer BM is actually pretty easy, but the adds are key. I've seen groups fail because Medivh's shield went down a lot more often than the tank or healer getting killed.

The adds always take the same path towards medivh, so as tank, I plop myself down on their path and swipe if the add-man is havin trouble and demo roar as they pass and faerie fire them if i can fit it in. Otherwise, everyone else has given you good advice.
