rogue guide from Cloze in nihilumFollow

He linked this guild for swords:

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fheboxZMIVbbVzxMGot

Now I'm confused with a few things and would like some help here. No of these are huge but I'm curious what others think.

I don't see a use for Eviscerate and 3 points in vile poisons seams like it would add more dps....Of course i'm often wrong.

I would probably recommend using Rupture until you have a decent amount of attack power & crit, then you can play around with some Eviscerates

I've never heard of this anywhere...at what point does enviscerate become the finisher again? "decent" is what?

Quote:
forget about the 40 Attack Power food.

That was helpful info. I was using +26 ap over +15 agi on gloves for a long time too...

Does anyone use thistle tea/haste potions? It seams like I never know when i'm going to
    need
a heal pot, even with two soulstones I don't want to be praying for cd to hurry up. I mean sometimes healers are just busy. It might be something to check into to up my dps.

It was very well put together, and scratched the surface of a lot of things.
All around I wasn't too impressed. I'm completely sure he is a great rogue, I was just looking for something more in depth.

Got a link to the guide?

As for the AP food, at lower gear levels, it provides better DPS than the agility food does.

Was it supposed to be some highly anticipated guide or something?

Very basic stuff that can really be summed up in a couple sentences. And im surprised to hear him say to use deadly on OH without a shaman. Ive always used deadly MH and instants OH since once you get your 5 stacks of deadly up you are wasting a lot of procs with your super fast OH.

/shrug.

Yea...

I honestly don't see how MH instant is better, especially in BT where haste is abundant and your OH is at a constant state of .8-1.0

I don't know that I'd put DST on top necessarily (Warp-Spring Coil and Madness of the Betrayer look awfully good together), but the fact that he rates Tsunami Talisman above it is a bit confusing.

On the other hand you will proc Instant from SS if it's on the MH, so I can see where he's coming from. Either way, get a Shaman.

Even including specials my OH hits more than my MH.

Is this because I am maces and get that additional haste proc? Maybe. But that's why I brought up the haste itemization currently in end game.

I've seen some math that looks reliable on EJ that shows it really isn't a big advantage but DP/IP is slightly higher than IP/DP with talon/arena offhand combo...

Shaman who drops WF is the best, but my guild runs 2-3 melee and like ton of range so they always drop other totems and it makes me a sad panda.

awesome, so Im doing it "right". I have always SS > slice and dice > ssx2 >> slice and dice >> 5 rupture >> repeat.

on bosses I never really evis unless its like 2% and I have AR up. Also I was really stoked that they shared my view to offhand deadly poison and mh instant. And that is the EXACT build I have. (combat swords)

3 points in evis justified by evis on trash.
