Hey guys little opinion question for you all. I am going to farm the mats for one of the BoE epic 1handers and wondering which one would be best for human DW/fury spec. My spec may not be perfect but thats neither here nor there>< links are as Follows.

Your links are all broken. And it seems like the epic grip of laziness has me in its clutches, so I won't bother correcting them.
However, I do remember that you humans have an extra sword/mace skill.
For the purposes of dw/fury (like you asked), either swords or maces will give you that extra skill.
Go for mace, because of the haste proc, and because its a MH, which will definitely boost your dps much more than having Fireguard as an awesome offhand.

well the links were all for runic hammer/felsteel longblade and fel edged battleaxe.
OK new question. how long would it take to get to 350 blacksmithing and it just needs to be a rough guess. I feel my hit rate is ok and my crit rate will go up with a few items so not to worried about that. Along with that would the mace/sword/axe be better because of procs, flat stats, or sword being a good offhand.

I'll cut right to the chase ... You already have Vindicator's, which will do very well as a main hand if you off hand Fireguard (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28425). imo, it's one of the best off hand weapons around at that level. Pop +20 str on it and it'll be in-human(hehe)ly amazing.
A nice plus is that if you're into farming Heroics for the nethers, Fireguard can be upgraded to Blazeguard and then to Blazefury (if you start raiding, or are already raiding)
Rather specialise, I know you are asking about BoE epics, but the BoP ones are a lot more bang-for-the-buck, and give you that nice little upgrade path.
To get to 350 blacksmithing, I hit 350 at level 67 casually farming mats and making things as I got mats available. The nasty stretch is after that where your options become very limited.
I would say with enough money, you could get 350 (from 0) smithing done in short time, a few days max. That's just my guess.
ps. You could of course craft the runic hammer as well and MH that with Firguard as you OH - that would be a rather IMBA pairing imo
