It's a list of the best elemental shaman gear, so the top stuff in the list for each slot isn't what you're going to be going for, just scroll down til you see gear from normal level 70 instances. That's where you want to start. Pick out the pieces you want, then run those instances a bunch to get them. In the process you'll probably get enough rep to get your heroic keys.

Going for your tide fury stuff, fill certain slots with veterans pvp stuff (back, belt, boots, bracers)that will get you pretty well off, nice dagger drops from the same boss as you will get your shoulders in SH. Pick up a draenic honor guard shield off the AH. Check out the above link for what instances you can find items for each of your slots, by the time you run to collect your gear you should be close or already keyed for the heroics then start there.

I've got on 70 blue dungeon drops, few veterans pvp stuff (back, bracers, belt i will get tonight)and even still a few quest rewards. sitting at 19.31% crit and 528 nature damage, i can keep up with any of the dps in a 70 instance equally geared. Any caster mail items that drop will be yours since we're the only ones that can wear the stuff, just plan item of where you need to go.

it will be expensive but it is in your best interest to get LW, since it gives you wrists, a belt and chest that are all kara/SS quality, the chest is almost as good as your t5 btw, and you can also get some amazing crafted BoP boots if you buy the recipe from and SSC/TK guild

yeah my lw is at 365 right now, i'm trying to get exalted with the shat'tar and keepers of time to get my lw up to 375 without having to spend too much.

what's the SSC/TK guild?
