Binding between stealth and notFollow

I am compeltely new to the whole binding thing I am having trouble figuring out how to bind the same combinations of keys and mouse between stealth and out of stealth ie having pick pocket in steath be: shift and up on the mouse and say SnD on the same set up out of stealth. I'm using bongos any help would be appreciatted.

I have my stealth bar.


it consists of:

2- Sap
3- Cheap shot
4- Garrote
5-Pick pocket


out of stealth is

2- Sinister Strike
3- evis
4- Gouge
5- rupture


Shift+2 brings up another bar where I use 2-5.

only time is a problem is when i hit Shift2 then hit 2 to vanish, hit shift1 to prepare for my stealth bar and spam 3 for CS. I am so fast at it I will actually eviserate before my stealth bar can pop up.
