What build for both PvE and PvPFollow

With all the guides available I risk a flare, but still...

Currently I'm mutilate-combat. Soon I have enough honor and/or arena points to get better weapons. So this might be a good time to respec.

I know Combat-maces is considered best for PvP and Combat-swords is considered best for raiding/instances. But what is best if you do a little bit of all, and don't wanna respec everyday?

I think I do something like:
35% soloing
35% BG's
20% 5-mans
10% arena (lower-bracket...)

What would you advise? Maces, swords or just stay muti?

Either combat maces or swords are viable in both worlds. There will be a portion of these boards that are die-hard proponents of mutilate as well. Personally it never overly appealed to me.

For your makeup I would say combat maces. In non-raid instances the difference in damage will not be overly noticeable.
