If this is 5 man build. I see a lot of glaring problems. Get hawk eye, the other 2 points, can put into humanid or beast slaying, why do you feel that spending 6 points into slaying talents worth it, yet not spend points into focused fire which is 2% to everything and KC crit increase /boggle. 2 deflection, you shouldn't care about parry at all, Just for preq. Rest is in entrapment and clever traps.

BM tree, if you are going for 5 man play, You must have FI, I assume your pet really wont be tanking there, so all those tanking talents need to go. Max FI and Animal Handler, lose catlike reflexes. There is no need for 5 points into frenzy, 4 is plenty. Get focused fire, lose thick hide or reduce it.

As for not getting mortal shots, and go for throat. Well it is going to severely impact your dps. I can CC just fine in 5 mans with 0 SV talents.

if you really feel that you need thick hide for farming or catlike reflexes, well you don't. I can farm non stop with my spec and have 0 in tanking bm talents, with ravager as a tank. If you are talking about Offtanking, the pet does just fine anyway in normal 5 mans. If you are thinking heroics, whether its specced tanking or not. Not going to matter one bit.

to answer the wuestion in the title:
Only as a solo/leveling build.

For 5-mans (lvl 70) you want either 0/21/40 or 0/43/18, or something in that direction.
For raiding, you want something like 5/20/36 or 41/20/0.

It are pretty standard builds, but they have been proven to be good.

Something like:

0/21/40 or if you enjoy arena 0/21/40

0/43/18 Might take the points out of Imp Arc shot for GFTT

Those are some rough examples of the various specs.

Use it for 5 mans and Kara when I can get a group. Usually top 3 in personal DPS, first or second when you add in my pet.
