Hmmm seems quite well done to me. But what do you think?

For what? Deterrence, imp conc and conc barrage makes me think that it's for PvP, but the build is all over the place. A lot of hunters argue that Combat Experience is a waste of points. GFTT and Monster slaying are useless in PvP.

For PvP, I think that

oops. I copied and pasted the URL from the address bar.

would be a bit better. I'm open to critiques, though.

A build for both PvE and PvP will be somewhat weird since I'd put a lot of talents in different locations.

However as long as you do not try to raid hard stuff you can create a build which is somewhat strong in both PvE and PvP.
I'd however go for something like this

Basically thrown away those useless talents in MM like
- concussive barrage. A 4% chance to daze someone, thats is really meh
- Improved concussive shot is somewhat weak as well
- Improved stings is still worthless. Stings are not useful in PvE at all and have very limited use in PvP (and the damage of improved serpent sting still sucks, viper sting can be dispelled rather easy).

In the SV tree improved wingclip is a lot better than savage strikes. Better to be back on range easier than to crit more often in melee (we don't do much damage and are very vulnerable to melee classes as long as we are in melee range).

Improved aspect of the hawk is a really nice talent for PvE. You can however get some additional hit points for PvP when you chose 5/5 in survivalist.
Barrage and improved barrade are really nice talents both buffing your multishot by a rather good amount (useful in PvE and PvP although you cannot use it where crowd control is present, but still great when nuking single targets).
More important you need those point for other (read better talents).

Actually, he's not conceding anything to anyone but saying he's the best, so that wouldn't be conceded, but it might be conceited... ^_^

The "best" PvP/PvE spec is MM/SV?

Did BM lose its flavor or what?

You are still living in the fluffy world of denial, aren't ya? I am so sticking around until the world crumbles around you, and you realize your vaunted MM specc has been for naught. When your sanity shatters, and all that remains is a hollow wreck to be corrupted into a slave by my BM/MM or Surv/MM superiority. The day shall be glorious.

Someday, when I have a **** ton of g to waste, I might try the SV side of things since the BM didn't go to well, however, I am haunted by the fact that as soon as I do, some patch buff/nerf will come along and once again MM will reign supreme.

ffs, it hasn't 'reigned supreme' since 2.0; if you like to be marks, power to you, but stop spewing this BS. 41/20/0 will continue to remain highest personal DPS, with 5/20/36 coming close behind in total raid DPS. Just because you couldn't figure out what is probably the easiest spec of the three doesn't mean it's broken, nerfed, or inferior. And unless they nerf Expose Weakness and Lightning Reflexes, SV won't be dropping on the charts anytime soon either.

MM is reigning supreme actually.....

As an arena spec.
Its nowhere in PvE.

Oh, and to the OP: Make a choice! you can not make a build that is great at both pve and pvp.
You can make one that does both decent, or one that does one of the 2 great and the other decent.

You and I both know arena specs aren't about DPS, even on a DPS-based class. :p

2v2 arena BM is better, 3v3 or 5v5 i'd go for MM.

And 41/20/0 isnt best for pvp or pve.
5/20/36 is best for pve (although only 1 hunter) and something like 0/42/19 for arena....
