When dose the Gladiator armor for hunters come out on PVP reward tickets? (honour points, arathi, alterac, warsong tickets) ????

When Arena Season 3 starts (Probably when 2.3 goes live as the Arena Season 3 gear is available on public test realm currently).
Somebody said that in order to get the really good new stuff you will have to have a rating of 1900 or more. Lets just say my rating is not quite 1900 and leave it at that.
Now, is there any truth behind it, and as I've been saving some arena points and will be able to buy my first piece, the chest, next week, should I hurry up before it's too late, or should I wait until better, purchasable-by-the-not-so-elite-player, stuff comes out? Damn, thats a long sentence. And a lot of commas. But you get the idea.

Yes, sorta.
I believe That the Weapons from S3 will require a Team rating of 1900+ and the shoulders will require a team rating of 2100+.
Hunter axe will be 1k though and no rating req.
Actually, if I understand correctly it's a personal rating, not a team rating. So your personal rating would follow your own point gains or losses, not necessarily those of the team. I think the personal rating is an effort to keep people from buying high rated teams to rack up the arena points.

Caldone, I think we're talking about two different things. We're talking about the personal arena ratings you need to buy the gear, not the cost of the gear in arena points.
Ooooh, that sucks, oh wait, your talking about having a certain rating for Arena 3 >.<
My 2v2 team had 1337 rating, then an ******* did arena and ruined it.
Where do you guys learn about this stuff? (If it's from the WoW website, I'm gonna slap myself.)

Ya, it was Blizzard that said they want to restrict being able to buy S3 arena weapons and shoulder pieces to those players with a personal rating at or above a certain level (quite high). As far as I know, the other pieces will be available to anyone with enough arena points to purchase them, regardless of rating (ie. chest, hands, legs, head).
I'm sort of hoping that the S3 pieces cost the same amount of arena points as the S2 pieces currently do. If that's the case, I'll probably be able to grab my first S3 arena piece straight out of the gates. That would be nice :D

I'm fairly certain that was the case from S1->S2; the new gear cost the same amount, old gear got cheaper.
Do we know how much honor is going to be required for any given S1 pieces? I'm not an arena person but don't mind spamming a few battlegrounds.
