I picked up Collar of the Aldor this weekend in Kara, which I will be using to replace my Spellstrike Hood. The problem is that I can't seem to find a comparable upgrade for Spellstrike Pants that doesn't require me going to Gruul's Lair or beyond, which I currently don't have access to. I have found a few options on the armory, but none of them are especially impressive. I have listed those below in the hopes that everyone will vote for which they believe is best for raiding. Thanks in advance.

Kirin Tor Master's Trousers

For overall damage the spellstrike head+legs are better than T4, especially after being gemmed. I only use the T4 helm/pants when I absolutely will be getting beat on while grinding (like grinding elementals and stuff). For the most part though, wearing Spellstrike headpiece+pants are far better, especially for the chance on hit proc that gives even more damage.
