They didn't change stat point distribution (i.e. turn a 2-point talent into a 3-point talent), and they've said they won't be. If they actually follow through or not is another issue.

You get a free respec on the PTR so I would assume we would get one when it goes live.
Every PTR gives 'free respecs', though.

well what about those folks who have sweeping strikes and/or deathwish? (and the talents that are linked to them, if any)
