What, we'll be so afraid you're green that we'll believe it to be true?

Hah! Sloshot is muscling in on the position as Head Minion! I call for a naked mudwrestling fight to decide the matter.

That would probably be the most frightening event ever held in the history of mankind. It would be banned in all countries and blind small children. No, I can't have that on my conscience, I think Xsarus can keep the title.

Blue suits me better. Keeps my head from getting too big for my pants, and they are 'loose fit'...

You are wise to decline. My prowess in mud wrestling is overshadowed only by my ability to make subtle mathematical references to my post count.

Also I Deserve Victory so you have no chance.

To paraphrase Miyamoto Musashi-
Do not do that which has no effect on the outcome of a contest.

Xsarus is clearly using his incredible math skills in some attempt of a Jedi Mind Trick, however, since I clearly have no mind to trick, I have him utterly defeated.

And here's a double poke to the eye... <nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!>

Ah but math is a two-edged sword that you hold in one hand because as Miyamoto Musashi said If you hold a sword with both hands, it is difficult to wield it freely to left and right, so my method is to carry the sword in one hand

Thus my math will both cut to the quick of the mind and the unmind, exposing the truth underneath. And at the same time my other hand is free to wield the truth, which relies not on thinking but on belief for it's victory.

3/3=1

Ahh but by using your math 1337 + 8 equals even more 1337n332

Have a nice day :P

[snippage]I was remembering when you first showed up here, Slammer, and our first impression of you. Allow me to refresh your memory. One of your first posts in this forum said you feel BM Hunters require more healing in groups. Which is a retarded generalization, and some people called you on it. They were nice about it. It was a conversation. But after several posts disagreeing with you, you pulled this gem from somewhere:[Kooter garbage snipped]
I resemble that conversation! Kooter has improved both his grammar and his spelling skills since he started posting in the Hunter forums, so perhaps there is hope for him in the long run. Just so long as the trend continues.

That sounds delicious, X. I swear I could be a vegitarian if it weren't for bacon. There is plenty of other yummy charred animal flesh out there, but I could give it all up save for bacon.

And grats on Sage. :)

I'm always confused when I see a good kooter post. It's like I've been transported to a different dimension. eh, I doubt he'll make scholar anytime soon, but he may be able to repair some of the damage if he works really hard.

btw, is resemble actually the word you wanted to use there? remember makes more sense :P

Truth is not found beneath math, math is a function of logical truth. Math is a tangial function of music which is the universal language of humanity. Therefore music, which contains the sub realms of math, creativity, and imagery is the only truth that will outlast humanity.

I realize what your intent is, however it is misleading to assume such. In doing so, you fall victim to the Wizards Second Rule.

If truth relies upon belief for anything. Truth is truth. Truth is what is real. 'FAITH' on the other hand 'is the belief in things that are hoped for'. Therefore your truth is indeed faith. My truth is that what is true will only be found in perpetual persuit for what is true, and that which is not true, is false. To quote Col. Jessup as played by Jack Nicholson "You can't HANDLE the truth!", but even as he said that, he fell victim to the Wizards Third Rule.

Now, in an effort to stem any further quarrel. I shall leave you with your Minion headness, as I have no desire to be minion of anything but seek dominion over all that I can be in control of, which is only myself. And I offer my sincere apology to any offense I have generated in promotion of this discussion as I do not wish to fall prey to the ills of not following the Wizards Fourth Rule.

And to play your math game:
2²=5-1 (That's 2 squared if you can't read it)

^_^

Quoted for ultimate truth. Well done slo, very well done.

I thought about pulling out all the rules, but haven't read the books in a bit, and so couldn't remember all of them :(

I just finished the first one again and am starting on the second.

3+4=7.

I like your equation, but I don't think we can allow numbers that don't actually appear!

edit: here is a link to the awesomeness that are the wizard rules.

I am confused! To allow arithmatic expression such as +, -, and = but yet not allow mathmatical functions such as square, square root, or perhaps even the almighty trigonometric functions... well, I am flummoxed! By Sir Issac Newtons Apple, I did not know we had such restrictions!

I understand, perhaps not everyone is ready to step beyond basic math, and I have overstepped the bounds. I beg forgiveness.
