what i believe to be a new spec for a mage.
it looks crazy good for arena but i need some advice from the high-ends.

I don't see any good use for it. You really need to spec high up into one tree, and then use arcane as mana support. You really gimp your fire DPS but not getting some of those +crit talents, and you gimp your frost without Iceshards and all that.

However, feel free to try it and post the results.
