Does anybody know a Warlock like this ?Follow

In my raiding guild we have always agreed on which warlock does which curse. It works out pretty even. We've got a new warlock with lots of experience from another raiding guild. He's pretty chummy with most of the officers from pre-tbc.

The thing is - he never want's to take his turn casting CoS or CoE. There's always an excuse like "ow I forgot", "we don't need to do it on the trash", "I didn't get a chance". The other night in Gruul's Lair there were only two warlocks. One was doing CoS - but this new guy was assigned to CoE - but didn't cast it at all - instead casting CoA. My warlock-buddy who was casting CoS kept reminding him but he would just ignore him.

The thing is - he's one of these guys who knows how to network - does enchants for the right people, and so on. He is often ahead on the meters but it's because he's casting CoA while we are dutifully doing our job casting the curses that will help the raid.

Does anybody have similar experiences and can say how they handled them.

just tell him that if he doesn't shape up and use the right curse for the total raid's dps then he'll be kicked. i've had plenty of cocky gits like that before and i just remove them straight away.
heck, check out this guy:

he joined my old guild due to being a mate of the guild master, i checked out his gear. asked why he was still wearing T2 legs and had only 40 +hit. he said that hit wasn't needed and he couldn't find a replacement (i know for a fact that you can replace T2 legs at 66 as I replaced mine then). so i kicked him straight away. sadly though i'm not in a position of power in my new guild so i can't remove him from here :(. luckily though he almost never raids. our GM has a habit of choosing the good players ^^

I made my own guild and declared myself lock class lead. If you don't wield any power in the guild (officer, class lead, raid lead, etc.) than you're just going to have to suck it up. Other than ******** to the management there isn't much you CAN do. If they take his side, you should go looking for a new guild, imo. Any guild that takes people along that are more concerned with their DPS than raid benefits won't ever get past Magtheridon.

P.S. You can replace Nemesis leggings w/ "Of the Sorceror" greens.
