There you go bud, that's the spec I topped charts with in raids, and still tore up in bg's and low ranked arenas.
There's a couple questionable talents there, that some people might not like, but like I said, that's what I used. For raids, there was always at least one other warlock up in our 10mans with me, and in 25mans there'd by at least 2 other warlocks besides myself. So I usually had other locks handling Curse of Shadows and Curse of Elements for the raid...so I always got to used Curse of Agony, hence my having the points in for that. And yeah, Curse of Exhaustion is just a PvP talent, doesn't do anything in PvE. Some people will tell you to take points out of Improved Curse of Agony, and Curse of Exhaustion, and get 3/3 Malediction to improve your Curse of Shadows and Curse of Elements for your raid, but eh...Like I said, I never had to do that.
Also, some people will say you don't *need* the Grim Reach and Destructive Reach 10% range+ talents, but I personally really really liked them. On Gruuls for example lets me stand waaaaaaaaay to the north of the room, in that little mini cave area and still be close enough to do damage, while completely avoiding cave-ins and shatters from Gruul.
So yeah, have fun with that one, if you decide to spec that way, you'll be a damage machine.
Btw...you seriously know who Drakedog is, right? Lol, if not, go download Drakedog 7 from warcraftmovies...You'll never regret it, and then you'll never say "meh" at a Destruction Warlock ever again, lol. He's the guy that made me spec Destruction for PvP for a bit before I quit, and if you play like he does, it really is a blast.
