Which cloak for tanking?Follow

Until recently I have been running around quite happily with my Spell Slinger's protector, then on my 2nd attempt at the Black Morass, Burnoose of Shifting Ages dropped.

Which cloak do you think is better for tanking? Both have 15 stam (which I hear is the main stat a Paladin needs to build up to take on the big boys), the Burnoose has 216 armour while the spellslinger has the extra spell damage.

My spellslinger has an enchant to up the armour by 100, taking it to 166, still nearly 100 shy of the Burnoose, but definatly respectable. Would the Burnoose be much better if i put a spelldamage enchant on it?

Is it worth just keeping both and switching depending on if I am single-mob (boss) tanking (Burnoose) and multimob tanking (Spellslinger)?

Rest of my gear is in my sig. I am aiming for a mix of standard tanking and spelldamage tanking gear, but atm I am pretty much picking up anything that drops and looks good. I will go after specific pieces when I hit 70.

Burnoose, hands down, no question about it. You need to focus on your Defense and avoidance stats right now more than your spell damage.
