It doesn't say PvP only, but I can't ever remember being hit by a Mortal Strike while grinding, and I can't think of any conceivable group situation in which I'd be getting hit with Mortal Strikes.

Orc's Blood Fury reduces healing. I do believe there are some debuffs that also reduce healing.

It's going to make my banishing in BEM take a bit longer if I go to the north camp. The felguards up there all have MS.

the only possible way to stop this is to all roll warriors and rogues. then we have everyone start complaining about how they are overpowered and need to be nerfed and when locks are finally getting buffs we destroy the warriors and rogues for thier f@cking qqing that has ruined a great class and bringing us down for so long.

It's only 15.7 haste rating for 1%, for 21%. You're thinking pre-2.2.

Ever tried to play as (or beat) a 450+ Resilience SL/SL lock? No?

That would be competent, and I'm using that term that to include people who have a full set of Arena gear and a PvP spec. A PvP specced Lock will wreck a PvP specced Rogue or War in anything even approaching a 'fair' fight.

This man knows what he's talking about. I've seen an extremely well-geared lock fight equally geared and competent rogues and warriors, and it's nothing short of painful.
Then again, this was the guy who wtfpwned with a SL build back when the typical response to a SL lock was "wtf lrn2play nub"

I think Warriors aren't screwed over, but Rogues have problems with SL Locks. Warriors that are INTELLIGENT are able to stance-dance out of any Fear, and abuses Intercept and Pummel. They kill your pet in seconds, and then come after you... you are stripped of your Soul Link, so you must insta-summon a new one, which he can Intimidating Shout away, and then proceed to Intercept/Pummel his way to victory. He won't get Feared, and now Mortal Strike is obviously going to cripple locks.

Drain Life poses no threat to a smart Warrior... unless you've got multiple players on the field. And even then, Warriors can still beat your *** senseless. With MS, probably Mace Spec, and some Mace that also has a chance to stun, you'd be lucky if something didn't go wrong.

Beating a Smart Warrior takes a LOT of effort and luck.

Does this mean that Warlocks will be pushed to learn to play their class to max?
I approve..
Does this mean less SL/SL locks out there?
I approve..

Some character that is able to get your HP to the half without casting 1 (one) shadow bolt + running around like mad monkey without having to face you is not called overpowered.. but on the other hand..

Stance dancing **** button smashing "micro management god" that warrior needs to be to kill a warlock is called overpowered.
Why?
You are crying like warriors have "any" resistance to shadow damage.. Adapt to changes l2p, change spec maybe?

But I feel with you.. lol never.. feel the pain. The nerf dot is ticking.. blizzard runs in front of you insta casting dots. Feel your own medicine :D

- Seed of Corruption detonation will now obey line of sight.

NERF? - So now AoE is blocked by walls. Hmmm... line of sight from you, or line of sight from the mob?

Actually most of the locks in my guild are talking about this as a buff from a PvE perspective... there are a lot of places where they can't use SoC as it pulls adds through walls/ceilings etc.

It happens on 2 pulls in Kara and in the opening area of Scholomance. Other than that it's not really a problem. It's not a nerf, it's not a buff, it's just a fix.

I've seen it pull through the walls in a few parts of TK and BT too. Trust me, it wasn't pretty.

Never been to BT but I didn't know the pulls in TK were close enough together for it to be a problem. I can see that turning ugly in record time.
