Enhancement Vrs Resto :: Free Realms

Hello, I am currently leveling up a shaman and she is 45 currently. Endgame i would like to do enhancement but none of the guilds need enhancement shamans anymore if your lucky you can get in as resto. I have a resto druid so im not to into healing again on another toon unless i have to. What would you all recommend i do as far as shooting for a spec end game? Is it possible to still get in a guild doing kara as enhancement, then later move on to higher end raids or am i going to be stuck gearing out another healer?

Resto is not just for "healing" resto is the main forcus of the shaman class "hybrid" resto is not as good at casting as elemental but is a viable suit for a caster that lends off-heals as well... which is challenging but never gets boring, coming from me playing resto 55-59 ... loved it but had to go back to elemental for now =)

All three spec's have endgame viability, but Resto will be the easiest spec to get raid spots as (as a general rule) just because people always need healers. Having said that there is probably room for 1 elem and enh shaman in a 25 man raid just because of the buffs they bring to the caster and melee groups.
Just keep in mind that you will always have to work harder to prove yourself to a guild in one of those roles.

Any guild that won't take an enhance shammy in their 25 man's or even Kara is not a guild your should join anyways. Why wouldn't they want +88 strength and Agi/Windfury PLUS 10% extra AP to the party? Even if the enhance shammy doesn't top the dps charts, which in the next patch will definitely be possibly to do, they increase the dps of the whole group by so much they more than make up for it.
