I am saving arena points from long ago! I have about 3k points and no merciless pieces coz i am waiting for new arena set and buy 2-3 at once! Any idea when will the new set be avaliable? I am getting frustated and about to givup and buy merciless pieces!

From the upcoming patch notes, patch 2.3. The new arena season will begin then so that's when arena season 3 gear will be available.
The S3 arena gear is also going to be rating-restricted. You'll have to earn your way up to it; may as well get S2 gear.
Edit: Then again, when S3 comes out S2 gets cheaper; maybe you should wait so you can get more of the S2 so you have a good front running for S3...
