K i have a good deal of gold to play with and since i can't really find anything nice on the AH i'd like to change specs for a little while. ATM i'm lvl 43, almost 44 full assassin. I don't want to go combat swords, because that's just gonna make me bored and feel like the same old thing. Anyone have a good mace spec or lolsub spec? I ask for sub since i'm only 43 and other players still have lolstamina for now. I'll spec back out by 50 for mut.

Go mut at 55 (at least). Without opportunity or some sort of early damage enhancement the damage will blow.

How effective is garrote as a main opener? By that i mean the one i use most of the time, over ambush or cheap shot? I know it gets great with silence later on.

I never really found myself using garrote at low levels. If you're specced lolstep, ambush. Don't wanna ambush? CS. This advice is ONLY for your spec/lvl. At high levels it's usually CS, or if you're vs'in orcs/mages, or just want some damage output, garrote is definetely nice. You just don't use ambush at high levels. You just don't.

Yeah i'm trying to not get in a habbit of being an ambusher. I know sub has that nifty talent for 45% higher ambush crit too. Is hemo any good at this lvl? Stuns, raptures and garrote sorta deal. I like the idea of bleedin warriors, even if they dont die in the long run.

Well I would prefer hemo over lolstep anyday. At your level, however, if you're just BG'ing tons of scrubs have laughable stamina (you can still ambush well w/ Hemo). Shadowstep is just fun imo.

I rated you up btw, you're very nice for helpin me out. Guess i just really wanna do sub now, before it turns into a frownable spec at 70. I've been movin up in my lvls very fast and keep runnin into world pvp, which is good fun.
