I have a lvl 70 Hunter on Destromath, it seems that every time I target a player or NPC before dismounting I loss my pet controls. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, did you get it fixed and HOW CAN I FIX IT! LOL. I have to log out to get them back so I don't have to take damage to have my pet attack a target first. It's really a pain to say the least.

Check your barmod addons. Disable them, and see if that fixes it. If so, change barmods. If that doesn't work, delete your WTF folder. If that doesn't work either, I have no idea.
But you don't have to relog. Use this command: /console reloadui
It will reload your UI without you having to logout first. But you will lose all chatlogs, and any session storage.

Yeah I was having this issue and then one day it magically went away, I think it got scared from me cursing it day-in and day-out.

I have this problem happen from time to time also, I'm not running the barmod, but have Titan... although it was happening before I had that too. I just jump back on my mount really quick if I can and then back off and they'll show back up.
I also have a HM/Pet Attack macro that I have so when it happens I can just hit that to get him to attack when the pet bar doesn't show up.
