I watched a vid on that a couple of weeks ago. Looked pretty solid. Unfortunately, it looked like it required AR and BF. :(

it requires not daggers, thats all

i can do the most of it using a ar/prep build... but you dont need even AR for the following

baroness ana-whatever
maleki the pallid
stonespire (rare)
hearthsinger forrestter (rare)
timmy the cruel (if your geared well)
archivist whoever
the unforgiven

all of those are spell based or weak enough... i added timmy cuz hes stunnable... ar helps a lot of not needed

all of those should be kill-able if you got imp ss and 5/5 dw spec (so even 41-20 muti can prob pull those out with a good main hand weapon, or 15-41-5 c-daggers same deal)

i hit a whole lot.... BF is never needed, since rogues can skip every pull with more then 3 guys except 1 (2 if you plan on doing timmy)

its not a full clear, but good solid cash once you get the rhythm

Daily quests man... daily quests. If you are just looking for money for repairs and poisons for raiding... just do daily quests. Obviously, the amount of money you can make in a day is limited to 10 quests... but that's about 130g in a short amount of time.

Farming scryer stuff at the black temple is a good way to make some cash

Farming primal mana in n-storm is also a good way

Farming primal air is great too if you are the only one there...

I only do daily quests for cash. If I end up dying alot I can get a pretty substantial repair bill. I still managed to get my epic flying and can afford to respec 2+ times a week without it being a burden. Unless you need a large sum of gold for a BoE epic or to grind a tradeskill up or something dailys will cover all of those expenses with extra to spare. I usually get 3-4 greens during my 10 dailys so just from vendoring them I get about 150g a day. If you have someone DE your greens its even better. That is roughly 1k gold a week for just spending an hour or two doing simple quests.

I preach doing daily quests also, but there are ppl that need an alternative. RL activities prevent me from dailys everyday. I have really no time to speak of to even touch the comp from Mon.-Thurs. So that limits my gold income from dailys to 360g/wk max. I do however have loads of time on the weekends and appreciate alternatives.

On that note, I'd like to offer one of the things that I do. I use waterbreathing potions and farm for primal water. The water mobs in the lake in Skettis are casters and very squishy, for elementals. Yes, swimming sucks, but when nobody else is there, I can usually get like 7-8/hr. I typically just leave when it becomes overpopulated since most (seems like) of the other classes that farm them are casters. I got a bit aggrivated at an ally lock once and decided to kill him not even thinking about the environment (it was early in the am and I hadn't had coffee yet). That was so stupid it was consequently quite funny.

@Mongoose, I'd be very interested in another video for running strat. I already have one that Flager posted a month or two ago and use that exclusively. Only thing to note is that his gear far surpasses my own, so it doesn't quite go down for me like it does him. As the orbs go for 50g on my server, it's a worthwhile time investment if I need the money.

I mine on my 'lock, and cut gems on my rogue. I've made about 1200g in the past five days doing that and five dailies, with maybe two hours a day spent mining, and fifteen minutes spent cutting green gems.

Do you have to be an enchanter for a strat farm to be successful?

I can make about 80-120g an hour farming the blood elves on the black temple.
What I do is take one day a week and farm for that day.

Also enchantrix brings in a nice amount and is great if you have a small amount of time.

As far as primals water and mana are the only two i've found to be worth the money. The other's take too much more bandage and potion and just general downtime. Looks like we all do the same things. lucky for me i'm on a low populated server for the time being.

Mana tombs is still there as well for those of you who prefer instance farming. 2chests, 2 mines and some herbs every reset. You can also pickpocket every humanoid in the instance so that you don't get thru it too fast. Doesn't require bf/ar but is a lot harder with a dagger spec imo.

Daily quests + farming. My favorite farm spots are the BEs at Black Temple (for rep items and for gold) and the mana sappers in Netherstorm (for leather and primal mana).

Daily quests and professions.

Doing that 1 transmute everyday will yield me around 20-50G, depending on prices.

If my repair bill is higher than that, it was a bad day.
